For Marketing Messages (TCPA Regulated): Following TCPA guidelines, marketing messages are strictly limited to 1 per day and 3 per week. This protects both your business and customers while maintaining TCPA compliance.
For Customer Service Messages (Transactional): Transactional messages have more flexibility under TCPA. You can respond freely within 24 hours of customer contact. Outside that window, we limit to 2 proactive messages per day.
TCPA-Compliant Messaging Hours: Messages are delivered only between 9:00 AM and 8:45 PM in the recipient's local time, as required by TCPA regulations:
With ZIP code or time zone: Precise local time delivery
Without location data: Uses most conservative US time zone approach for maximum compliance
Delivery hours can be specified within the allowed range when a new number is added from your core system.

Queries carrier database for current information
Updates carrier name, type, and caller details
Records verification timestamp
Stores historical carrier data for audit trail
Protection Actions: When changes are detected:
Carrier Change: Messages pause, status updates to OptOut_Carrier_Change
Caller Name Change: Messages pause, status updates to OptOut_Caller_Name_Change
